My stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms were clean, comfy, and quite spacious, divided into two halves with a living room and kitchenette on one side and the bedroom and bathroom on the other. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, even going out of their way to help me when I forgot my ID. The location on the river and within walking distance of the convention center was great, but being further away from downtown activities was a minor downside. The dining experience had some disappointing aspects, with pre-prepared and reheated offerings, but the variety was still decent. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet, exceeding my expectations from the original booking. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me, especially when I made a mistake during check-in. I found the location along the Ohio River to be scenic despite ongoing constructions around, although a bit far from downtown activities. The dining options were quite delightful, offering a good selection of local items despite staying open till only 10am. The facilities further enhanced my stay, making it quite enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large and clean with the freedom to adjust the temperature to freezing cold, which was fantastic. However, the cleanliness could have been better for the price paid. The service was more than helpful and super friendly, exceeding my expectations. The location was superb, right on the waterfront and near town, offering a beautiful setting. The dining experience was very good with a variety of options, although there were some areas for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with great aspects and a few minor drawbacks.
